Statistical approach to study trends in foreign direct investment flows to Russian economy
In this article author reviews relevant questions of statistical study of foreign direct investments in Russia. Method of systemizing factors impacting investment potential of a region is proposed by author. She also performs multidimensional grouping of regions based on groups of factors selected.

Economic consequences of the tax resident status definition in Russia
In the article quantitative parameters of across-the-border movement of foreign investments and dividend payments in Russia are considered. The applied criterion of definition of the status of the tax resident for the organizations in Russia is analyzed, the expediency of using additional criteria is proved. Proposals on pointing out two categories of tax residents of the organizations in order to establish a more uniform mode of taxation of domestic and foreign capital investments in the Russian economy are formulated.
